Newport Inn Unique Lofted Suites

This bi-level, open-lofted suite features a flexible bed setup—either a king and queen, or a king and two twins—making it ideal for small groups or families. Sliding doors open to a small, private balcony with stunning views of the Newport waterfront. Please note: The open loft with secondary sleep area is reached by climbing a ship’s ladder. Also, all waterside suites at the Harborside Inn are located on the third floor, and we do not have an elevator.
All waterside suites may not exceed a party 4 people. If you would like a specific waterside suite, please contact the inn directly and speak with staff.
